Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete job requirements.
• Supply truthful information throughout the hiring process.
• Comply with all applicable employment and labour laws.
• Respond promptly during the recruitment process.

Fees and Payments

Recruitment fees, payment terms, and any applicable guarantees will be agreed upon separately between Remote Talent Co. and each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, and design, is the property of Remote Talent Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to present highly qualified candidates, Remote Talent Co. does not guarantee the performance, suitability, or continued employment of any candidate.
